A prime example of this was the invitation to the Czech Republic, extended to Latvian athlete Mairis Briedis for a friendly visit. On January the 24th 2014, world champion boxer Briedis accepted the invitation and went to Prague to spend a few days in the company of Sergey Mayzus, and his son, Victor, whilst getting to know the staff of MAYZUS Investment Company, and meeting the squadron of private company ‘MAYZUS Aerobatic Jet Team’. On his first day there, Mairis visited the office and spoke with the MAYZUS team, shared the secrets of his success, and then went to a military airport, where he saw the Mayzus jet, L-39 Albatros, which is included in the piloting group of MAYZUS Aviation and acknowledged as the best in the world in its class. Currently, the group includes three aircraft that will be used in an upcoming air show. Due to the busy schedule of the sportsman and his general sponsor, they had a limited amount of time to spend together, however, both agreed on the common opinion that "such meetings improve partnerships and trust relationships, and allow the opportunity to get to know each other better on a deeper level”.
