is there something wrong with the calculator? i am trying to calculate exchange from GDP to LR. it says there that fee is 1.4% and minimum is $3. when i try to calculate from $5 GDP,it says minimal amount is $10 and with that,i get $7. i thought fee is only 1.4%?

when Nick added fees for LR payments,i thought of using GDP because i dont wanna carry the 10% fee and its good because with GDP,i get 20% more. i decided to have more points before requesting payments so i can also cover that small fee for exchangers.
