    Yes of course we must improve our skill in trading and we need always keep practice, because many trader also said if with practice hence will making perfect, which as trader not will only relying with lucky in trading, because forex business is not gambling but required good knowledge also experience

    If broker offer low spread this will useful for scalping trader which they usually will catch profit only few pips target, and low spread of course as trader only need waiting few pips movement, but indeed not all broker will allow scalping and better check our broker whether we can trade as scalping or not.

    Usually like it, dealing desk broker not throw order on direct market liquidity, but still hold on company, and if trader win hence broker will loss, so usually they using certain software like as you said, but each trader also have own decision will use service from dealing desk or non dealing desk, because however forex trading is risky business.
