I think they replensih bonuses early in the morning so you've better to wake up early to get that bonus because it's limited only. I also don't know why they don't accept such payment processors. I think it's because LR is not meant for online shopping. It's just meant for investing online and to grow your money. PP and AP and some other payment processors are intended for shopping purposes and that's why they just accept this kind of payment processors.

Admin will take care of the pending payments in here since he is quite busy at his offline works few days back and I read what admin Robert said that he will process payouts again in the forum. So it's better to start posting again in the forum to be included in the payments.
