well i have check with this program and i see that the program is not a new program,the ptc program has being running online for long.i guess new members should be very careful clicking on this program,the admin of the program might have stop paying members though i see new proof of payment on the program and i hope the program is still paying.

i really like the script used on this program and i find the program very attractive as well.the click program is having a very good click rate and the minimum payout on the program is reachable as well for ptc members.i guess the program will be having a proof of payment to show members soon,since the program is doing well with active member.
