You are somehow correct,there are monitors that are not to be trusted,such monitor is LIST4HYIP,well I caheck the rate us page of this hyip program and I found out only six monitors are listed in the site,of which 3 are showing the status as PAYING while the other 3 are showing it as WAITING,so it will be better if investors can just avoid the program because of the mixed status
