This is a reasonable and sustainable program. The roi offered in all the plans are so low so I expect the admin to pay for a very long time and that will depend on the admin. If he is honest he will pay for a long time but if he is not I guess vice versa is the case. Anyway,I can't invest in this type of a program because the plans are not lucrative.

The site is in English and Russian and I noticed that the admin spent funds on the the site because I can see that there are securities and protection on the site. What I don't like about this program is there plans,I think roi are accrued every second because I don't know what per seconds charging means.

That's very correct,the forum is a paying forum but to reach the minimum payout is the problem. I also won in the last contest held in the forum but I could not claim my funds because admin can't send such low funds through payza. Minimum spend in payza is $1 and I won ten cents. The admin had no choice than add bonus to my points.
