I don't think that this program is still paying because the status of monitors viewing it at the moment presently are not encouraging. 2 monitors now have a Problem status. Some have a paying status with others having a waiting status. There's a good chance that this program has begun selective payments.

The payment proofs from Xetang are encouraging although its much of a surprise to me that two monitors are having a Problem status on this program. I want to believe that those monitors are scam monitors. It may also be a sign that the program has begun selective payments. Only the next few days will tell.

I just checked Allmonitors.net again and behold, the status of one of the monitors(F-Monitor) has changed to Problem. It means that the program may have started making selective payments as the monitor that has a paying status still has its status as paying. At this stage, investors should avoid this program because its enough evidence to prove that Runet is no longer paying.

If a reduction in post rates will make payment processing faster in MTV, then I think it should be implemented because the delay in payment is really quite discouraging. The factor affecting MTV presently is excess population. A decrease in post rates will reduce the population of posters that are active here which will in turn make payment processing faster as lesser posters will be active in the forum and it will take a longer time to reach payout.

The site is not secure but the script used here is okay. The program offers short term plans so we shouldn't expect it to pay for long so it will be advisable to apply the hit and run in the first plan since it has the least roi and shortest duration. The insecurity of this program is the main reason why I won't be making investments here.

Yes it'll really be disappointing especially for active posters in ECMF should the threads remain closed. Let's hope that the admin isn't short of funds but even if this is case, it will be the wish of every active poster here that she somehow gets funds so that the threads will be re-opened and posters will resume their activity.

Yes the program is secure so its a sign that the program will stay long. Also, the site has a good script which is another good sign. The average roi offered here is high but it should be able to pay for some days, possible 3 or 4days but the possibility of it paying for more than 5days is low. Investors can still take advantage of this program since its new. I'll recommend the hit and run in this one.

@ofejiro20 since this is the case, there's no need for me being active in SmmDesk as I won't be able to make good activity in other sections apart from the hyip and ptp sections. If he doesn't make them paying sections as before, he will loose lots of posters as majority of posters are active in these two sections. Its really sad that I wasn't able to earn from this forum before the admin decided to stop the ptp and hyip sections from being paying ones.

The script used by this program is cool and its a positive sign that the site is secure as it means that our funds are safe from attacks from hackers. According to The statistics, the program has been online for a day and has paid out $15 while it has received only $75. I don't really trust the statistics here because there is no daily plan in the site as the least duration in the plans is 3days. The statistics can only be true if the amount that was paid out was for referral commission and not the roi. Well, some monitors are viewing it already with a Waiting status which shouldn't be a surprise as we should wait for 3days before expecting to see a paying status from the monitors as the least duration in this program is 3days. I think I agree with ofejiro20 in the sense that the admin may not like if posters make suggestions with regards to the type of contests they will like. If the admin on his own decides to come up with a suggestion section or something similar where posters can make contests with regards to the type of contests we want, then fine. Posters will be glad to make the suggestions.

The average roi here is low and therefore will be easy to manage for a long time and its very possible that a term can be completed in all the plans. Its disappointing though, to see that the script used by this program is common as a good number of hyips have used it in the past; the design was just adjusted a little. The site is also not secure which is a bad sign. I'll rather avoid investing here and I will recommend that no investor does so as well.

Programs offering this type of roi stay for only a few days so the chances of this program staying for long are low but it may stay for some days. I noticed that the site has security which is a good sign but the site doesn't seem to display the plans as I couldn't see anywhere in the site where the plans were stated. Maybe the program requires that we register in the site before seeing the plans and that's what I'm not ready to do as I don't want emails from the program especially if I end up not investing in it.

Even if the admin wants posters to continue making activity in FEL, I feel it will be wise if we wait until the point system are upgraded before making activity. Well, from experience, most forums that have upgraded their point system shut down the forum for some time until the upgrade is over but I'm not sure of FEL because I've not visited the forum for some time but I may check it tomorrow.

I'm not an active member of MEF and I hardly even reply to threads on MEF in other forums but I've decided to add this forum to my list of ptp forums as I've dropped some recently. When I visited the forum, I saw that the maximum number of points to request is 500 and the minimum number of points to request is 200 and we are qualified to make payment request when we reach 100posts meaning that the post rate is 2cents per post. Just wondering if there are any changes or if the forum still pays with the above rates.

Its really tempting to see that this program is still waxing strong but I will have to resist the temptation of investing late so as not to suffer a loss here.
