Well question yourself,Why do People make HYIP sites ? To make alot money from the people..So they always trick people ,Like they pay for a limited period after they get much members they start scamming them..

Well HYIP is a way to earn a good amount of money easily with a small investment or big..But as much as i know most of the HYIP are scam ,Or they start scamming people one or other day. Because of that reason i would prefer GPT over HYIP as in GPT sites we need to work hard to earn some bucks,But at least there is gurrantee that we are paid for our hardwork. So for me GPT is much -much better as compared to HYIP's

Weebly is a good site,But to make small web pages only..As it don't allow us to use much features and most of the features are only for paid or premium peoples..Anyway if i have to rate this site i would rate it as 7/10 .
