The rates are quite the standard, so ultimately the total amount of ads, their value and the monthly membership fee will decide if the site is really worth it. Hopefully we'll see one legit site in the swamp of scammers. But as this is already fourth day of the site, I find it weird for it not to have any promos, messages form admin and still relying on the basic template.

I guess you didn't even take a look at the estimated daily earning if you say that the rates are too high? How can daily earnings of free member being $0.0032 be much? With this in mind, the min PO is not very low - Not even on the Elite level users who earn $0.0112 daily.

From my experience, it might still take couple of days more after PayPal shows the fund as transferred (to your bank) for them to actually be available. The whole process usually takes about 5 business days.

Well, the script used has nothing to do with the rates set by the admin on any PTC site. And Neobux doesn't have that good rates really, so you need to make up the bad rates with loads of refs, and that's not an easy task on such old site.

It may also be withdrawal made by upgraded member, that has either <$1 minimum PO or no minimum at all. However I also find it quite weird that there's only one small PO proof where total of $1 has been withdrawn. Maybe there's loads of very small payments done by people who haven't bothered to upload their payment proofs yet?

Expiration of the domain is the least of the issues with this new "groundbreaking awesomeness". Quite comprehensive list of facts (not opinions) can be found via this link. You can see on the site that they've been active for only 6 days now, and have only 5 members who have joined. Only AP as payment processor is bit bad due to their current CC issues, so adding money is very complicated. Admin should consider adding other processors as well. I don't personally have much trust (nor interest) in this type of sites, since they advertise money on the scale that's way beyond obtainable, with total memberbase required nearing 400 million users - this is just not possible to get in this kind of program.

As I wrote, the large majority will never have this problem, and thus it's somewhat overlooked by even PayPal themselves I've been in contact with their CSR when years back I moved the first time, and their answer was "close your current account, and open new" - and this has been their answer ever since. So it's not really convenient at all. Opening new account is not that hard (given that you have bank account/CC to verify your account), yet it's still in the same name as my other accounts, so I'm just waiting for the day when all of them are suspended for investigation. I've closed some old accounts, but that renders those CC's unusable via PayPal, since they've been registered in their system in the past.

But then it's possible for LR to lose some of their ground on many programs, due to the same issue as with PayPal - members disputing for no reason leads to suspension of the account, which leads to admin being unable to handle payments, which ultimately leads to the downfall of the whole program. Or at least makes a big dent to it. I'mm all for disputes, since I'm just user myself, but that's the reason many sites won't accept PayPal, which would be the most convenient payment method for myself currently.

Extremely bad rates, but luckily they only have PO minimum set to $1, so I guess it's eventually reachable. But even with the complimentary Elite upgrade, with the current 7 ads members can only earn $0.0048 daily, so even doubling that makes the earnings very, very slow. The required 100 click is not an issue, since one hardly passes $0.06 when that's fulfilled. Also their top investor competition is kinda "meh", since the grand prize is mere $3 into winners payment processor account + 2 months Elite membership. Sure it's easy to keep this kind of site legit when you only need to pay the members like once a year, but I'm guessing that finding members for such a slow earning site will be hard. Too much work for too little gain, IMO not really worth it.

Quite attractive click rates they have, yet the reality is quite harsh with two $0.001 ads available. The admin should really offer better SUB than simply upgrade, maybe a little AB/PB that would be quite close to simple ad prices, so maybe he'd et more advertisers. And if the min PO really is $6 (I hope only for free members), then it's just way too much! I hope they adjust their rates a bit, since that's a major let down for new members - even if there was lots of ads, since free members most likely wouldn't earn that many cents a day.

AS Trickster wrote, PP as the only payment method for PTC site is very bad. Sure I try to pay most of my payments (especially for newer sites) via PP due to their dispute function, but as that's quite easy to misuse by the members, the site admin might lose their account/funds in a jiffy, leading to major problems with the site. But then again, if the site has been up a couple days, and not even the default header has been changed - not even talking about the overall theme - it's very unsure if the admin is even serious about his site. There's only two ads, one is the default BuxHost ads, and one is just "test". With the current state of the site, there's completely no reason to join - new members are not even getting any benefit.

Yes, I was doing a ref exchange with someone, but they decided to switch the site due to running out of membership (maybe it wasn't profitable enough for them), so I'd still have my account. You need to do deposit of $0.25, and tick the "I want to claim $2 investment" before you'll get it. After that you may invest more if you wish, min. $1. And yes, they're still paying. Took maybe couple hours from request to get the funds to my LR. Proof here.
