Forex forum Do you think forex forums can improve my trading skills?
tirus replied to flybiz08's topic in Forex Newbies
This is true especially for beginner's who are getting the hang of forex trading and dont need to use their own money at this stage because they are still learning. The bonus will surely come in handy. I just love the fact that our knowledge about forex does increase and we get to learn different things everyday from the discussions.- 456 replies

The best place to develop and test out a trading strategy is really in the demo account. You have nothing to lose in here because you are not using real money. If you want to try and refine a strategy in the live account you will end up experiencing losses because you are unsure of what the outcome will be.

Yes, forex involves a lot of hard work(although other prefer to work smarter and not harder...lols) in order to get the best results out of your trades. Better learn and equip yourself with the tools and information that help you become a good forex trader at the end of the day. Rather rely of your knowledge and experience instead.

This is exactly what a lot of individuals have been doing for a while now and there are those that have been successful besides not having a mentor to aid them. I think that the more you are working in forums as well you can also find indirect mentors who can help with valuable advice that you can use when you are trading.

multiple forex broker Trading with multiple forex broker; is it advisable?
tirus replied to flybiz08's topic in Forex Newbies
Its unfortunate that learning a strategy is not something that comes easily because then it would really matter how many brokers you would be using but if you could have a good strategy then you could be sure of increased success. Managing a lot of accounts while you are still beginning can become confusing though so maybe it would be better if a newbie sticks to one account until they feel comfortable.- 106 replies

Yes, there's need to make investments worth hundreds or thousands of dollars when you just come out of the demo account or while you are still in the early stages of your trading career. When you improve your knowledge and experience then you are in a better position to return profits from that amount rather than losing. A newbie needs to ease themselves into trading with small amounts.

There are a lot of things at play when you are dealing in forex and an educated mind will be able to do better analysis and strategize to ensure that they are better placed to make profit. A gambler can just close their eyes and choose any trade and randomly make trading decisions whereas a learned trader will choose trades carefully and make informed trading decision. The learned individual stands better chances of making profit that the gambler.

It would really be of benefit to a newbie if they can also explore the different sources of learning material and determine what helps them to understand best. Most of the traders have come to learn forex trading online through some website or ebook as a start but you might find that someone else is not comfortable and may prefer something with a different structure like a book. Whatever makes you understand the learning better will be good for you.

The profits may not be that high anyway as you begin to allow you to think deeply about what to do with as well. If they are large profits the I would probably think of separating them with a share going back into forex while the rest going through to my savings or even an offline business just to diversify my investments.

There are individuals that are born with the ability to comprehend things easier, they do better in school and work and are so quick to understand things. When it comes to forex they can learn forex faster but that alone wont make them good traders. They still need to apply all that they have learnt to trading which they may find difficult to do.

Is it possible for me to sell my forex account online
tirus replied to chuna1985's topic in Forex Newbies
Even if the account had thousands of dollars in it and could not be draw but rather trade with it I wouldnt want to sell my account. As long as there is funds in the account it is the potential for making money for a trader be it a newbie or even an expert trader. For a newbies, it would be better to learn how to become a good trader first so that you can make profits out of it rather than sell the account. Why would you leave someone else with your details in the account anyway. -
Yes, learning in the demo account is a good thing indeed because this is where you will be able to get some experience on how to use the broker trading platform. Even better is the fact that you will be able to work on a strategy that you can test and implement when you go live.
-
You need to be able to know what you are doing backed by a good trading track record. Yes, this might require that you have a lot of capital but with that comes a lot of risk which is why its important to be well prepared before you do so. That would would be enough to live well though.
-
But the demo account is more than a playground if you really look at it because you get to practice and learn the trading platform in here as a newbie and can also refer to it as an expert trader. You can gain a lot of experience that will be useful once you decide to go into live trading and use real money.
-
Yes, this is especially true if you have taken the time to test your strategy in demo first and it worked for you. In the event of it having problems later on it would be best make alterations in the demo account than in live mode where you are not sure of the results of the changes to your strategy.

Its certainly would not be worth partaking in discussions in here if you are paid at a post rate of half a cent per post. I mean we are already lacking the time to post on forums that pay 1 cent so it just shows that many members would find it even more difficult to make time to partake in discussions here.
-
Maybe admin did manage to secure advertisers that pay through Moneybookers and at such an early stage you would expect the forum to have a lot of offers. The last payment in here was in May and there are only two payment proofs on the forum. I do beleive that these were the only payments made from here thus far.
-
Thats the spirit. I am also starting today to post in here and although I dont know how many posts I will be making I know for sure I will be active at the least. I will see how it goes in here and how much I can get and how long it will take for me to reach target while participating in discussions.
-
These things happen. I have been banned in one forum for having duplicate accounts while I know very well that I have only one account and dont even have the time to work on two accounts since I couldnt even reach target in one. But at least this was not the case for you here.
-
At the moment there is hardly any posting activities on the site so it would take time to see if the forum is paying or not. If there were active members in here then you would know for sure as some get to reach payout and submit their payment requests. I am also not posting on the forum although I had registered.
-
I still havent seen any payment proof from the contest even for the contest prize. I havent been active myself in here so I dont have a pending payment request. It would be interesting to know as I am sure in a few days whether its still paying or not depending on whether we see payments or not.

Has there been any latest contest winnings of late because I believe the last update in the contest thread I saw last time was for this one which is the 10th of July. This is why I thought that the contest was over because there was no updates whatsoever to the thread. -
Yes, 12 posts a day would lead you to getting around 5500 points on the forum which should be fine as the 500 can cater for deduction although the idea is to avoid the deductions in the first place by making more quality posts. If you manage to follow if up through the month then you will earn a good bonus.
-
Hopefully it will be back quite soon as I havent posted on this forum since last week and need to put som posts here to reach a good amount before the weekend is up. One thing that I like though is that because I was away for a while I will likely find that there is good threads to post to as there would have been many replies to my posts in different sections.

I was also disappointed myself when I saw that the forum unavailable. I realised yesterday so I hope by tomorrow at the latest all should be well.It seems more forums are working on maintenance this beginning of the month and its unfortunate that they all went into maintenance mode at the same time.
