I am sure that network system you are talking about is their referrals which to me is of standard since that's what most HYIP offer(lowest percentage to highest).My major concern for the site is the varying ROI because while some would be sustainable for long,others wouldn't be.I think giving the short term plan a shot would be okay on seeing a proof of payment.

I dont see any reason why anyone should be investing in a program that is glaring wouldn't be lasting.sincerely 2% hourly meaning 48% after 24 hours ROI for the minimum deposit cannot be sustainable by any HYIP so my advice to investors is for them to skip this one.

I think the ROI of 5% per month for the minimum investment rate is sustainable for long by any HYIP but the major concern for investors inhere is the minimum deposit which would be too high to put into just an investment program.
