@salaheldinsamir i think you misread freind.. it is stated on the site that they are investing in fast-growing UK companies, and there is nothing wrong in this as long as they can make profit out of his investment. I find that the information on the site is convincing and I am to believe that they are doing real trading Roi offered in different plan is very attractive but sustainable as well due to reasonable profit offered. I feel this hyip deserve a test spend at least.

I agree with you a bit friend, paypal can not know the exact country of account creator if some is using proxy And yes even if paypal can add some proxy addresses it is not going to help has there are lot of proxy addresses appearing daily and it is not possible to ban any new proxies. This is really great news friend, I actually seen another exchanger paying 48/- and sold to that, but this being my regular exchanger next time i shall return to this as i feel quite safe while transacting with buylr.
