Well I did not have any problem in signing up and created my account successfully. @David i feel you should check your browser as some browser do not display correct image and ensure you are not using proxy. Hyips are ponzi and so are against paypal terms it is true and so hyips ususally dont add paypal as a payment processor. But in case of PTC sites if not all majority of them accept paypal as payment processors. And i disagree that PTCs are ponzi, rather they earn revenue from advertisements they show and so they pay the members for their work. Yeah if paypal found that PTCs are engaged in getting funds from their members and and using this to pay other members violating paypal terms paypal may limit and or freeze their account in the interest of other users.

Well i feel the site design is quite good and information look well planned, still i found some inconsistencies may be admin was in hurry and did not get time for editing - their minimum is 15$ but on home page the information part still stays it 25$ look the phrase "With as little as $25 an investor can be anyone" I agree with archu roi offered by this program is really attractive but i dont expect admin shall be able to manage this high roi 8-11% for long and so it would be better to quite with profit in 1-2 cycles.

I did not find this program worth investing, The site look is not good and also using a cheap script, Plans are such that raises suspicion about the intention of program admin, first these offer quite high and unreasonable roi and then the difference in roi simply indicate that admin is interested in bigger deposits by unrealistic promises. Yeah it is interesting that the program allows any one to join with as little as one buck, and it become more attractive when locking period is set only at 10 days, so after 10 days you get the principal back and risk free, my only concern is that they usually invest in hyips and if those hyips get into problem it may be difficult to pay for this site as well.

Above was the email i got informing me that my balance is sent to my bank automatically, it is important to mention here that i never asked them to send it to my bank nor i clicked withdrawal. But fortunately it was for good when i calculated i got paid good rates and paypal did not deducted their 1$ withdrawal charges.
