They have 15,746 members in a very short time. They just started their business on February 14, 2011. What a rapid growth! I think it's because the free Platinum Promotion. The Admin need to sort out these members and after they have done it then he will activate the instant payout again. But even though not instantly, the payment is still fast. The free upgrade has been ended, buddy. They are growing too fast. Even though they have disabled the instant payment for temporary, they still pay within 24 hours.
